Chapter Meetings

Our Alamo Area Chapter meets on the second Tuesday of each month at the Bexar County office of theTexas AgriLife Extension Service (Texas Cooperative Extension) at 3355 Cherry Ridge, Suite 208, San Antonio, TX  78230.

A general chapter meeting begins at 7:00 PM where a guest speaker presents a topic of interest for Master Naturalists.  This meeting is free and open to the public.  Most meetings are approved for advanced training hours for AAMN.

Occasionally, the location or time of the meeting will change.   Check the newsletter or the home page of this web site every month for the actual location of each monthly meeting.  You can also click on Calendar tab at the top of this page for the time and location of meetings and activities.

If you have a topic that you want added to the next meeting’s agenda, please contact the chapter president.

Chapter Board of Directors

Our Alamo Area Chapter has a board of directors to provide leadership and direction and various chapter committees to handle the many tasks needed to run our organization. If you are interested in helping, please read about the chapter goals first. Extra help is always appreciated!

The Board of Directors for the Alamo Area Master Naturalists meet at 5:30 PM on the second Tuesday of each month at the Bexar County office of the Texas AgriLife Extension Service (Texas Cooperative Extension) at 3355 Cherry Ridge, Suite 208, San Antonio, TX  78230

We are also always interested in increasing our knowledge and understanding of the natural world and of the proper use and management of natural resources. If you have an expertise or experience in a topic that fulfills our goals as Master Naturalists and are willing to share it with us, or if you know someone who does, then please contact our outreach coordinator about giving a possible presentation during one of our monthly chapter meetings.
