This plant was found blooming last spring on a rocky caliche hillside in Killeen, TX.  It is about 14 inches tall and about 24 inches across.  There were several of these in the area.  Know what it is?

• Historic culvert (CCC) cleanup and repair
• Remove cedar trees to preserve prairie grasses
• Tree pruning
• Look around park and develop a project
