Join us on Thursday, May 20th, at 9:30 AM for our monthly virtual Chapter Meeting.
This month we will hear all about “The Webs You Walk Through: Introduction to the Spiders in your Backyard”, presented by Maddy Hannappel.
Maddy is currently pursuing a PhD in Biology at UNT with research focusing on ecology and the impact humans have on the environment.
Her PhD research involves Mercury contamination of spiders and insects, which are her favorite organisms to study and teach others about.
We hope to ‘see’ you May 20th. The presentation will follow a short business meeting.
