The Texas Watershed Steward program is a free, educational workshop designed to help watershed residents improve and protect their water resources by getting involved in local watershed protection and management activities. This workshop will be focused on the Rowlett Creek Watershed. Both in-person & virtual attendance options are available. For more information see the attached document.

Program: Rowlett Creek Texas Watershed Steward Program
Date: Thursday, July 28, 2022
Time: 12:30pm- 4:30 pm (Doors open at 12:00)
Location: Texas A&M AgriLife Research & Ext. Center
Description: The workshop will provide an overview of water quality and watershed management in Texas, including a discussion on the Rowlett Creek Watershed. Efforts by AgriLife Extension, and best management practices local stakeholders may use to help improve and protect their water quality, will be highlighted. Free continuing education credits/ CEUs offered for a wide variety of professional disciplines.
