AT IN-PERSON and ONLINE The Native Plant Symposium 2022

Hello BPTMN Members!

Want to spend a day emersed in learning more about native plants and how to attract beautiful and beneficial pollinators like butterflies and moths to your garden?  Then check out this great AT opportunity.  There are both virtual and in-person options.  There is also a cost, $45 for in-person attendance and $40 for the virtual option.  Be sure to check out the event website at https://txdg.org/native-plant-symposium-2022.

In-person registration fees cover first-come, first-served guided native plant tours throughout Discovery Gardens, breakfast and snacks, Maeve Bassett’s in-person talk, DIY garden signs, and a hosted streaming of Jim and Lynne Weber’s talk at the Gardens.

Those wanting to participate in native plant garden tours must indicate their interest accordingly when registering for the Native Plant Symposium due to limited space. Sold out of garden tours and want to be put on a wait list?  Email rbailey@txdg.org.

Both talks will be available virtually. A Zoom link will be emailed to participants the morning of the event.

Master Gardeners will receive 1.5 CEU’s for the symposium.

Logging AT:  Approved for AT. Members attending in person may log up to 5.25 hours AT and those attending via zoom may log up to 3 hours AT using the AT: BPTMN: Other Pre-Approved Training opportunity with the title in the training description box.
