Do you have an interest in the Lavon Lake watershed? If the answer is yes, this a great opportunity to learn more. The workshop is free. You should plan on registering by February 1 to reserve a spot.

Description: As part of our Lavon Lake watershed protection efforts, North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) is cohosting a Texas A&M AgriLife Lone Star Healthy Streams Workshop on February 7. The program, which is offered free of charge, targets rural land and homeowners with the overarching theme of protecting water quality. Topics include weed management, laws and regulations for pesticides applicators and best management practices for grazing operations. CEU’s are being offered.
