(AT) Native Plant Society of Collin County Meeting

The program is: Sassy Sunflowers for North Texas, presented by Carol Clark.  Learn about the characteristics of seven local native sunflowers species, along with some oddball facts about their uses and history. We will cover wildlife value and habitat preferences–including sunflowers for shade!

The ‘Zoom room’ will be open at 7:00 pm for people to join, socialize, and find and get comfortable with their settings prior to the meeting.

Attending this meeting qualifies for 1 hour of AT credit.  Log as AT: Native Plant Society of Texas with title of presentation in description box.

The Collin County Chapter of NPSOT meets on the first Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise noted) in Laughlin Hall at the Heard Museum in McKinney.
The Heard Museum’s address is 1 Nature Place, McKinney, TX 75069.
There is a social time before meetings which start at 6:45 p.m.
Guests are invited to join us at the monthly meetings.
