(AT) Nature of Oak Point Park Guided Walk

Here’s a wonderful opportunity to get outside early for a guided walk through the Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve led by BPTMN member Carol Clark.

 

Program:  Nature of Oak Point Park Guided Walk

Location:
5901 Los Rios Boulevard (Between Jupiter and Parker Road)

Description:  Walk along beautiful Rowlett Creek, through an old growth forest, or amble through a meadow of prairie flowers.  Learn about the birds, plants, animals of Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve.

Everyone attending must register.

Dress:  Long pants; boots or closed-toe shoes

Bring:  Mask; water; hat; sunscreen; insect repellant

Logging AT:  Oak Point Park Guided Walks are approved for 1.5 hours AT for each walk to be logged as AT: BPTMN: Other Pre-Approved Training with Oak Point Park Walk in the description box.
