Cleanup at Frisco Teel Pond Park
Attendees will pick up trash along (and in) Teel Pond, and possibly remove invasive plants from the area.
Teel Pond is located in the Village Lakes Neighborhood in Frisco (3359 High Shoals Drive, Frisco: https://www.google.com/maps/place/Village+Lakes+Clubhouse+And+Poolemail@example.com,-96.862139,16.25z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x864c3bc3b9a4e75b:0xbb324094dc5b698c!8m2!3d33.1446875!4d-96.8600245
Meet at the cul-de-sac at the corner of River Trail and Whitney Drive, on the east side of Teel Pond, and north of the Village Lakes Clubhouse.
Bring gloves and water with you. Some of the areas close to the pond can be pretty soggy at times, so if you have mudboots, bring’em.
The Frisco Parks Dept. will provide bags and trash collecting tools.
Frisco Parks Natural Resources Dept. staff (and BPTMN members) Tom Diamond and/or Jessica Waldrup will be on-site.
