Location: McKinney Greens Park (formerly a Golf Course) for park maintenance.
Project: What will we be doing: McKinney Greens has recently become a property of the McKinney Parks and Recreation Department. There are numerous activities that can be accomplished by citizen volunteers. Help us turn this precious space into a nature preserve.
What to bring: Long pants, long sleeve shirt, insect repellent, work gloves, and water. The McKinney Parks Foundation will be supplying all necessary tools. Poison Ivy is present in the park, so please dress with long pants and sleeves.

Parking: available on Stewart Road on the right in front of the entrance. The Stewart Rd. entrance can be accessed by turning off of Highway 5 (north of 121, south of El Dorado). Coordinates for parking along Stewart Road: (33.1715776, -96.6274143).
Other Information: Please arrive about early for a safety orientation, waiver sign in, and team assignments. NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS are on site, please use the QT gas station on HWY 5. Clean up begins at 10:40 so the events can end on time.
