AT: Jurassic Perks – Using Dinosaurs to Inspire Interest in Natural Sciences – Teacher Workshop

Texas Children in Nature is hosting a Teacher Workshop with Abigail Jacks, Environmental Science Education Manager, The Witte Museum.

Few animals inspire minds the way that Cretaceous-era creatures do! By learning about the land through the lens of dinosaurs, educators can craft connections and interest in natural sciences for learners of all ages. Attendees will come away from this session with tips, tricks and methods for planning prehistoric content that will inspire students to look more closely at the world around them. Look out, better connections between kids and nature is closer than it may appear!
