This four-class module is open to anyone who has completed our prerequisite classes: Sustainable Living Through Permaculture classes 1 & 2. No ecology or nature training is necessary. In this module, we will combine nature study at area prairies, woodlands, and watersheds with class sessions that explore restoration permaculture and its implications for sustaining our planet. We will plan and carry out a restoration project at a local site. Bring a sack lunch to our classes 1 & 4. At these classes, students should wear clothing appropriate for the weather and closed toe shoes. Be ready to get dirty at our class 4 restoration project.
