VSP: SCNP Arboretum Tree Planting Event

Do you like native trees? There is an exciting tree planting project going on at the Arboretum in the Seabourne Creek Park. Lots of help is needed.
Look at the beauties we will be planting: Beautyberries, Buttonbush, Parsley Hawthorns, Nutall Oaks, Willow Oak, Chickasaw Plums, Wax Myrtles, Rusty Blackhaws!
The actual tree planting takes place on Saturday, January 25 and we need your help! Meet in the nursery area of SCNP. The locations of the trees will have already been decided and marked. Bring any shovels you may have. These are only 3 – 5 gallon trees that will be planted.
The rain date is Saturday, February 1.
