VSP: KPC Work Day
Where: KPC's Indiangrass Preserve and Shrike Prairie When: Tuesdays | 9 am – 3 pm (Also every Friday and Saturday of the month | 9 am – 1 pm) Who: All are welcomed to participate – no experience necessary. Physical Requirements: Bending, kneeling, or sitting on the ground; some light lifting. What to wear: Closed-toed shoes, tall socks, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, hat. The Tuesday trail crew at Edith Moore Nature Sanctuary meets from 9 AM until noon every Tuesday year-round. Trail crew projects include everything under the sun, including boardwalk construction and maintenance, trail trimming and privet/ligustrum removal. We are excited to announce the topics for the 2019 Monarch Conservation Webinar Series! The Monarch Joint Venture is partnering with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service National Conservation Training Center to put on another year full of informative and inspiring webinars on all things monarch.
