ATTENTION BIRDERS!! Cornell Labs GLOBAL BIG DAY

Now that Project Feeder Watch has ended, here is another opportunity to put your eBird skills to use and participate in Global Big Day 2023 on Saturday May 13th. Bird counts are reported on eBird just like the Great Backyard Bird Count earlier this year. Report your service hours on VMS under Project Feeder Watch and note Global Big Day 2023 in comment/info box.
Click the link below to get all the details and information on how to count and report as well as opportunities to participate in virtual activities. This event runs from midnight to midnight in your local time zone on May 13th. You can do as many counts from as many locations as you wish!
If you prefer to count from home, you can avoid your home address appearing in data for event by dropping the location pin at the nearest street intersection and use the street location. See FAQ for more into.
