Insect Nature Walk at Furneaux Creek – AT

An event every month that begins at 9:00 am on day Second of the month, repeating until December 11, 2021

Insect Nature Walk and Cocoa and Cookies on the Trail!

Fun for all ages!  Greg Tonian, a local biologist and Texas Master Naturalist will guide a walk looking for a variety of insects on the trail.  

Second Saturday of the month.

RSVP by calling Richard at 469-877-0695.  Prepare appropriately for the Texas elements – cool clothing, hats, bug spray, sun screen, and drinking water.
Meet at the Kiosk on the trail along Arbor Creek Dr.

Additional note:
The Furneaux Creek Nature Trail is open every day of the week during daylight hours. Trail tours will be arranged for anyone or group interested.  Volunteer work with service hours can be scheduled for any day of the week.  Call Richard Johnson at 469-877-0695 for more information.
