Second Saturday of the month
Meet at the Kiosk on the trail at 4100 Arbor Creek Dr. – Look for the Monarch butterfly wing on the side!
Fun for all ages! A local Texas Master Naturalist will guide a walk, looking for a variety of insects and birds on the trail. Join us and bring the kids!
Prepare appropriately for the Texas elements – cool clothing, hats, bug spray, sunscreen, and drinking water.
The Furneaux Creek Nature Trail is open every day of the week during daylight hours. Trail tours can be arranged by anyone or any group that is interested. Please consider volunteering on the trail. We can always use more help to plant, weed, water, clean up, etc. Volunteer work with service hours can be scheduled for any day of the week.
