The Heart of Texas chapter is now taking applications for the 2020 Master Naturalist class.

Partial scholarships are available.
Registration includes the TX Master Naturalist Curricula book, field trip entry fees, first year dues and name tag upon graduation.

Important dates for the Class of 2020

October 4th– Registration Deadline

Tuesday, October 6th:
Required Trainee Orientation and First Class
6pm to 8pm on Zoom

Classroom Training:
Classes are on Tuesdays, October 6th through January 2021 from 6pm to 8:00 pm (excluding holiday breaks).  Most classes will be held online.

Field Trips:
Three 6-hour Saturday field trips will be held that require travel and face to face contact. All CDC and State Covid protocols will be in place.

For existing members – If you haven’t been to one of the offered classes or would like to attend the field trips, you may participate and acquire AT hours for the class, but you must RSVP ahead of time.  If the activity requires an admission fee, you will be responsible for that cost.Email our Training Class Coordinator with questions or to RSVP for the AT.
