exas Parks & Wildlife’s Recreation Branch assists hundreds of communities across Texas with their outdoor recreation needs each year. From the largest metropolis to the smallest rural community, these grant opportunities help to build new parks, conserve natural resources, provide access to water bodies, develop outdoor programs for youth, and much more. In this webinar, staff will provide an overview of the grant programs available including Boating Access & Infrastructure, Local Parks, Recreational Trails, Target Range, and Community Outdoor Outreach Program grants. Learn all about these grant offerings, how to apply and how they can help bring more nature experiences to your community.
