Event Summary:
Learn about Monarch Larva monitoring at YMCA Roberts Ranch, the 1100 acre preserve north of Comfort Texas which has three MLMP research areas under investigation since 2018.
Event Description:
Come experience the Monarch butterfly migration northward from Mexico. You will help locate and record the milkweed plants, monarch eggs and larvae as the Monarch butterflies continue onward north.
No experience necessary. Instruction in monitoring will be provided.
This workshop will take place outdoors at YMCA Roberts Ranch. Space is limited and registration is required.
