Event Description: Description: The Meadows Center for Water and the Environment is an educational center focused on Spring Lake and the more than 200 springs that form part of the San Marcos River. The river is a ‘critical habitat’ home to several aquatic animals, and Texas Wild Rice. A presentation, wetland boardwalk walking tour and glass bottom boat tour will be included.
