Butterfly & Pollinator Garden Workday

The Butterfly and Pollinator Garden at Village Creek State Park is coming along very well thanks to the help of  wonderful volunteers like you.  We are now at the fun part of creating this garden!  Our next workday is coming up and we are in need of your green thumbs to help us get ready for Spring. Can you help us for an hour or two?

Our goal for this workday is to remove the few weeds that have sprung up and to plant native plants that are ready to go in the ground before the weather gets too hot.

Come join us outside enjoying nature, learning about native plants and pollinators, and getting inspired on how to use eco-friendly native plants in your landscape.
