Kid’s Fishfest @ Bass ProShops in Pearland, TX

The Kids Fish Fest at Bass Pro Shops in Pearland is right around the corner on October 21^st and Brazoria County Parks needs volunteers. The event will take place from 10am to 2pm. According to our Eventbrite reservations we have over 1200 people signed up and looking forward to a fun day of fishing. We are in need of a number of volunteers to help us with the event. Volunteer opportunities include;

               Registration

               Equipment Maintenance (Basically untangling fishing poles)

               Teaching fishing (Basic Tackle, Knots, Fish ID, Fish Habitat, Laws and Ethics and Casting)

               Helping kids fishing around the pond.

No experience is necessary. You don’t even have to know how to fish to help. If you can help out on that, day please get in touch and we can discuss how you can help out. My contact information is below.
