Instructions:
Please remember…it is hot and humid. Bring cold water and/or drinks. Also bring snacks, insect repellant, lights (flashlights or headlamps are very useful), walking stick, camera, folding chair. Boots are highly recommended since there are high weeds in some areas. Snakes could be encountered.
We will bring sweep nets, beating cloth, sample collection bottles and identification guides. Feel free to bring your personal nets if you would prefer. We will also bring a shovel, containers and flags for pitfall traps. (Amanda and I may place some ahead of time.)
