What is Lync?
Lync is software being used on local county agents computer to converse with. It doesn’t require any setting up, or downloading. I recommend you invite all of the people that will be managing/editing the website. It’s always good to have backup to help maintain a website and these trainings are best done in groups.
To schedule a training via Lync, you need to:
- contact your local county AgriLife Extension Agent and explain you would like to take a wordpress training using Lync
- schedule a time to use a computer (with Lync on it), for a couple hours
- email Diann Mitchell and let her know date/time, name of agent and site name
If a group, it’s good to ask someone to set up a projector

You do not need a login account to join, participate and even present in WebEx. The person hosting the WebEx training will send you and email with information, (links, dates, times of training) with instructions.
WebEx can be set up to use for one person, a room full of people, or multi people in different areas at the same time. For more information, contact Diann Mitchell-Linger
