I am writing today to invite you to participate at one or more of our upcoming Conservation Education Events at the El Paso Zoo. There is still time to sign up for a booth. All you need to do is respond to this invitation with an email answering the following questions:
Name of the organization.
Name of the event (s) you are signing up for (see list below).
Contact person phone number and email address.
How many 6 foot tables and chairs do you need?
List any special needs like electricity etc.
What kind of activity to you plan to have at your booth?
Booths for education partners are free. Booths for businesses (one table and chairs) are $40-1day/ $75-2day.
Set Up and Booth Location:
Set-Up will be anytime from 9:30am-10am. We ask that you keep your booth open until 4pm and leave the zoo before closing at 5pm
Important Zoo Guidelines
Partners are asked not to collect donations, sell items, or give-away food, drinks or items of value that might compete with the Zoo’s gift shop and food service. All fundraising at the Zoo is coordinated by the El Paso Zoological Society. All gift and food service is coordinated by Service Systems and Associates, the Zoo’s contract concessions operator. Partner organization flyers are allowed along with other free educational materials about your organization.
