AT Presentation: Bats With Dr. Bryon Clark

The October meeting of the Texoma Audubon Society will feature Dr. Bryon Clark giving an engaging presentation on bats. Dr. Clark is a retired professor from Southeastern whose expertise as a mammalogist is with bats. It will be a fascinating presentation.
Title: Riddle Me This, Batman–How Many Species of Bats Occur in the Texoma Area?
Synopsis: The overarching goal of this presentation is to promote a greater understanding of bats and their benefits, current challenges facing bat populations, and specific actions that individuals can take to help conserve bats for future generations. Although the talk will focus on bats found in the Texoma area of Oklahoma and Texas, it also will include facts about bats from across the United States and throughout the world.
