Speaker: Chip Ruthven (Natural Resource Specialist and Project Leader)
Description: Chip has been the project leader for the Panhandle Wildlife Management Areas since 2004. He is stationed at the Matador Wildlife Management Area. Chip has special interest and advanced knowledge in rattlesnakes.
