Meet at 8:45am at the entrance to Chandor Gardens Nature Trail, located at 711 W Lee Ave., Weatherford, TX 76086. Your observations will be automatically uploaded to the Chandor Gardens and Natural Area iNaturalist project.
Species expected in this plant community: Liatris mucronata (Liatris punctata var mucronata), Palafoxia callosa, Dalea frutescens, Mentzelia oligosperma, Ipomopsis rubra, Delphinium virescens, Krameria lanceolata, Pediomelum latestipulatum, Pediomelum reverchonii, Ibervillea lindheimeri, Tetraneuris linearifolia, Salvia engelmannii, Salvia texana, Stenaria nigricans, Scutellaria drummondii, Callirhoe pedata and Engelmannia peristenia.
