The Importance of Participating in Citizen Science by Wanda Rauscher
This talk will share the Wanda will share information about the impacts of Citizen Science observations, especially the iNaturalist platform. She will speak to the use of data in scientific publications. Wanda will also talk about some of the special observations made by Master Naturalists because it is really cool to be the first to observe an organism in a location or to discover new flora or fauna.
