East Texas Fire and Nature Festival at Tyler Nature Center

Overall goal of event is to get folks in East Texas more comfortable with the benefits of prescribed fire.  We will have an information table telling attendees about our TMN chapter & promoting City Nature Challenge; a table with Pollinator information and the thaumatrope activity for kids and a bird appreciation area with activities for kids.  This is expected to be a big event drawing 300+ participants. Event is also looking for general service volunteers to direct parking and other needs that day.
