RRTMN Chapter Meetings: The RRTMN Chapter hosts Chapter Meetings on a monthly schedule. Recognizing that our chapter area is very large and our members have very busy schedules, meetings are held at various locations throughout our area and at times that will allow everyone to attend at least some of the meetings. Chapter Meetings are rotated through a weekday in-person meeting (usually bring your own lunch), a Saturday in-person meeting (usually a potluck meal), and an evening on-line meeting. RRTMN Board Meetings: The RRTMN Chapter hosts meetings of the RRTMN Board of Directors on a regular basis. Board meetings are held monthly the first quarter of the year, and then on a quarterly basis the rest of the year. A board meeting may be called at any time with the proper notification. Scheduled board meetings are held on-line in the evening of the second Tuesday of the month. All board meetings are open to the public.
