Global Big Day – Spring 2024

The Global Big Day is an annual birdwatching event that takes place on the second Saturday of May every year. Join birders from around the world to observe and record as many bird species as possible in one day. The data collected during Global Big Day helps to shed light on the distribution and abundance of bird species and can be used to manage conservation efforts. Results are reported on eBird. You can bird all day or just a few hours.
This coincides with the Monthly Bird Outing at Lake Arrowhead. If you need help using eBird, come to the Outing for some instruction.
