Monthly Adventure – August

August 1 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 pm

There will be two hikes today, and a presentation!  You can join in on a hike on Bull Canyon Trail to look for Texas Horned Lizards from 8:00am to 10:00am.  Next, you can attend a special program on horned lizards at the air-conditioned headquarters from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. And finally, you can join us on a horned lizard evening hike that starts at the Kiowa Campground at 7:30pm, takes the short loop of Bull Canyon trail with a beautiful sunset view, and loops around to end back at the campground area around 9:30pm.  Join us for any of these or all!  Park fees will be required for this takes place in a Texas state park.
