The City of Wichita Falls Office of Emergency Management, the National Weather Service, the Wichita County Office of Emergency Management, and the Wichita CountySKYWARN will present Storm Spotter Training on Saturday, February 7, 2026.
Participants will learn:
• Basics of thunderstorm development
• Fundamentals of storm structure
• How to identify potential severe weather features
• What information to report
• How to report information
• Basic severe weather safety
