Monthly Hike at Lake Abilene

Join us every 1st Saturday of the month out at Lake Abilene for a 5-mile hike guided by some of the Big Country Master Naturalist volunteers. The hike will start at 9am and usually finishes around noon. Be sure to bring water and to dress for the ever-changing weather. Dogs are allowed if on a leash. Don’t forget to bring your 4-legged family member some water, too!

Note: Some months get relocated to the Park side due to conflicts at the lake. Always check in at the park office to obtain a parking pass. $5 per person or free with a Texas Parks Pass.
