Highland Lakes Birding and Wildlife Society – Monthly Meeting
March 7 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am
HLBWS will welcome Natasia Moore, from Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, to our March 7th meeting. She will explain the roles that urban wildlife biologists have in our communities. This presentation will apply to one hour of Advanced Training for those of you who are Master Gardeners. And, drum roll, leaders Maria Whitsett and Greg White, will share the results of the local Great Backyard Bird Count.
We will meet at the Burnet County AgriLife Extension, 607 N. Vandeveer, in Burnet. Doors open at 9:30 for social time and light refreshments. The business meeting will begin at 10:00, and the presentation will follow at 10:30. Bird walk at Haley Nelson Park 8am.
