Pedernales Falls State Park – 5th Grade Field Trips

PFSP 5^th Grade Field Trips

Your help is needed March 7 & 8 and March 27 & 28

Volunteers needed to help with 5^th grade class field trips to Pedernales Falls State Park on both March 7 & 8 and March 27 & 28. The children from Sycamore Springs and Dripping Springs Middle School field trips will arrive at 9:45 and visit four stations in the Park, including lunch at the picnic area, and depart by 12:45pm.

Can you help with any of these activities?

·      Be a Bird Guide at Bird Blinds (1-2 volunteers)

·      Host a wildlife/nature demonstration at the pollinator garden (1-2 volunteers)

·      Guide or sweep a hike at Coyote Crossing (1 volunteer)

Ranger Steve can provide us with materials for the skins & skulls, pollinator, and fossils demos.
