Outreach table at Tarleton Outdoors

April 16 (Saturday) Tarleton Outdoors at Stephenville City Park from 9 to 3 (not counting set-up & take down).  I need someone to take the lead on this activity since I cannot attend.  Taking the lead means getting with me prior to the event to obtain the table and other supplies.  You will be responsible for organizing the other volunteers and overseeing that the event runs smoothly.  Finally, you will need to return the table and supplies to me.
