Palo Pinto Mountains State Park will have a star party on Saturday, September 28,which is open to the public. The park will need four volunteers to assist with parking cars from 4 pm to 8 pm. After 8 pm, volunteers–and anyone that has an interest–are welcome to learn more about the night sky by attending the star party. In case of rain (or cloud cover) the star party may be postponed to the following Saturday, October 5th.
