Chapter Meeting with Guest Speaker

All members, guests, and visitors are invited to the chapter’s monthly meetings. Each meeting starts with a potluck (dinner on us for guests and visitors), followed by a speaker and the business meeting.

6:30 Nancy Haubert — Prairie Dogs… Why We Love them
Burleson is home to a small family of black-tailed prairie dogs located at Bailey Lake Park. We will discuss why they are a Texas keystone species and important to the health of the Fort Worth Prairie in which they are located, even though they aren’t supposed to be there.
