All members, guests, and visitors are invited to the chapter’s monthly meetings. Each meeting starts with a potluck (dinner on us for guests and visitors), followed by a speaker and the business meeting.

6:30 Speaker: John Robinson – Water.
Most people assume wastewater is being treated and don’t know too much about it. This talk is a basic primer on wastewater treatment and highlights how important well-managed treatment is to our environment.
John grew up in SE Texas (Silsbee, TX). He attended Texas A&M University and graduated with BS – Microbiology in 1983; brief tour in the US Army Reserves then returned to graduate school in 1985. He graduated with MS – Chemistry – Texas A&M University 1989. During that time John met/married Sha Robinson while she was completing her doctorate at TAMU. They moved to Granbury in 2017. John has worked for a number of water companies including Hach Company, GE Water, and most recently Evoqua Water Technologies as a Sales Manager in municipal applications.
