FlyFest

Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) FlyFest (approved for volunteer hours) is an urban fishing initiative on the Trinity River aimed to restore our natural environments, re-establish native species, and educate the community. Volunteer opportunities include assisting with presentation rooms, children’s fishing activities, and the TRWD Watershed Experience trailer. Info to follow on volunteer registration link. Festival hours are 9 am to 5 pm, shift hours will vary. More info on the FlyFest website.
