Please submit your event at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date and allow at least 48 hours for new events to appear on the calendar once they’ve been submitted.

The Acton Farmers Market is a community farmers and makers market held on the second and fourth Saturdays from May until October. The chapter offers nature-related lessons in a structured program for homeschool children. Volunteers arrive at 9:30 to set up. Nature based programs start at 10:30. Volunteers can participate in the entire program or parts of it. There are different programs each month from September-May. Free Public event. This is a citizen science monthly bird count recorded in eBird. Walk starts in the parking lot and goes to the bird blind and along trails from there. Masks and social distancing encouraged. Recommended: Binoculars, camera, water, hiking shoes, and clothing suitable for the weather.
Keep Burleson Beautiful is a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the health and prosperity of the city through litter prevention, solid waste minimization, education, and beautification.
