Herbalist-centered walk. Learn about wild edible and medicinal plants. Led by Dr. Lori Rose, Registered Herbalist. Meet with local Master Naturalists and document discoveries with iNaturalist. Members: Contact Maryann Mathews about volunteer opportunity.

Meet in Acton Nature Center parking lot. Free public event. Beginners to seasoned birders of all ages invited. Route will take you from the parking lot to the bird blind and along trails from there. Bring binoculars, camera, water, hiking shoes, and clothing suitable for the weather.
City of Burleson Connect with Council event at Bailey Lake. Rio Brazos Chapter members are invited to contribute natural resource information on a nature walk for citizens interacting with the mayor and council members. More information coming soon. Contact: Maryann Mathews.
