Gambusia Nature Trail

The Gambusia Nature Trail at Sea Rim State Park is currently closed due to high water caused by the tropical storm and all of the rain over the last several weeks. Repairs are needed to the boardwalk before the trail can be opened to the public.

A work day is scheduled for Saturday, July 29, to make those repairs so that the park can reopen the Gambusia Nature Trail to the public.

You do not have to be skilled in carpentry to help out. With over 1/2 mile of boardwalk, several people could help move materials. Please bring your cordless drill (if you have one), sunscreen, water, insect repellent, and gloves.
