Neches River National Wildlife Refuge Grand Opening

Where: Highway 79, about 10.5 miles southwest of Jacksonville, just east of the Neches River
The day will offer guided nature walks, van tours of the refuge, activities for kids, and a nationally-known speaker. Bring water, snacks, sunscreen, bug spray. Picnic lunches will be available for a donation.
