More Information about the Sierra Club

Opportunities for Training:  Meetings usually feature informative talks by local professionals and environmentalists.  When an applicable program is provided, it can count for Texas Master Naturalist Advanced Training.

Opportunities for Recreation:  The Golden Triangle Group of the Sierra Club has been serving Southeast Texas since 1970 with an emphasis on enjoying and preserving the natural world by getting out there and experiencing it! With frequent hikes, canoe and kayak trips, and their annual Trail Between the Lakes outing, they’re never far from the great outdoors.
