Village Creek State Park Trail Cleanup

We will be cleaning up trails with a lot of the work consisting of clearing shredding debris from trails. Garden rakes loppers and sheers will be good tool to have but not required to help. We can also use battery operated hedge sheers on the trails. When you get to the Park pull up to the building and stop at STOP sign and proceed to the back paring lot. Kathy Smith will join us and have a sign in sheet. Note, the park office will not be open, just stop at STOP sign and proceed to parking lot. While we are there, Kathy will take us on a tour of the longleaf pine restoration project area. This event will again be limited to ten people to comply with Texas Mater Naturalist guidelines.
