Certification Training

Accepting Applications for The 2025 Class

Thank you for your interest in the Guadalupe Chapter of the Texas Master Naturalist program, a statewide organization sponsored jointly by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department and the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension. The mission of the Texas Master Naturalist program is to develop a corps of well-informed volunteers to provide education, outreach and service dedicated to the beneficial management of natural resources and natural areas within their communities.

Our next certification training class begins, August 5 and continues to November 15, 2025. See below for more information and application.

If you’re interested in the next class, here are some details. The registration fee of $175.00 covers the cost of the Master Naturalist textbook, Speaker fees, T-shirt, name tag, and background check. The deadline for sending your application is August 1, 2025. Your registration fee, either a check or money order, must be included with the application form [refundable until the first class.]

Early registration is recommended. In order to provide a quality experience for each student, class size is limited to 25 participants. Application, registration fee and Liability Release may be delivered in person or mailed to:
